Evolution Fitness, established in 2012, is nestled into the beautiful landscape and picturesque community of Jamesville New York. Here you will find a truly bespoke facility where the quality of craftsmanship and artistic implements make each studio one of a kind.   The close proximity to popular nearby businesses makes Evolution Fitness an easy addition to your day-to-day routine.  Just a few minutes off Interstate 481, we are only 4 ½ miles from Wegman’s, 8.1 miles from Upstate University Hospital, or 8 ½ miles from Syracuse University.  For our clients they may be flying in from other areas, we are just 15 miles from Hancock International Airport. No matter where you are coming from, Evolution Fitness is always near.

The primary mission at Evolution Fitness is to constantly challenge our clients and guide them along their journey to achieve the highest level of fitness obtainable.  It is our obligation to provide the safest environment possible and we will deliver that safety through constant mentorship.  In addition to safety, it is also our responsibility to provide our members with an environment that is welcoming, friendly, fun, and clean.  We never stop evolving at Evolution Fitness and neither will you!

All of our equipment is state of the art, maintained, and sanitized daily.  Our trainers are professionals and masters of their craft with a combined experience of nearly 70 years!
