Biography:
Eric has been a full-time professional in the Syracuse area since 1998. With more than 20 years of personal training and group fitness behind him, he has helped a vast array of people pursue and reach their fitness, health related and performance goals.
At Buffalo State University, Eric studied in the Health/Wellness program where he became the undergraduate assistant to the Department Chairman, Dr. Chester Zelasko, and managed the Human Performance Lab on campus. Certified as a Health Fitness Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine, he has worked with clients from age 5 to 92, including stay-at-home moms, retirees, high school, college and professional athletes, competitive power-lifters and national martial arts competitors.
