After graduating with a degree in Education from St. John Fisher College in 2019, Mitch has worked as a personal trainer with a certification in Strength and Conditioning through the NSCA. At St. John Fisher College, Mitch played 4 years of Lacrosse and 2 years of Football. In lacrosse, he was a 2-year captain as well as a 3-time All-Conference selection. Mitch brings together a diverse blend of functional training, performance enhancement, sport-specific training, and injury prevention/rehab. His growing experience in various styles of fitness programming makes him suitable for kids, athletes and adults of all types.
