We are now offering spin classes at Evolution Fitness!! We have 20 brand new Keiser M3i spin bikes and multiple classes per week with more to come in the near future. Cycling is a great alternative or an addition to your cardio program. It’s much easier on the joints than other forms of cardio exercise and reduces the risk of hip, knee, and ankle injury.
