Semi-Private Coaching

Semi-private coaching provides a group of 2-6 individuals workout sessions that are geared to the group in general while providing some attention to individual coaching needs. Semi-private groups may be put together by a motivated individual, or one may request to be placed into an appropriate group as they are formed. Workouts with friends or others with similar goals can provide the camaraderie and/or motivation some require to stay committed and consistent in pursuit of performance and/or fitness goals.
